5 second meditation for people on the go that grounds, centers, and balances

How This Meditation Came About

 One night while meditating I heard a voice whisper in my ear “I AM I, I AM”.  I had no idea what that meant so I did what I always do when I get a message from my angels “Google Time”.  After searching here and there I came to the conclusion that the metaphysical meaning of “I AM” is a powerful healing affirmation using God’s divine love that emanates through out the Universe.  I compiled a list of positive affirmations on a index cards that I carried around in my wallet. I would say it whenever I was not all together or upset.

  • I am Gods Love
  • I am healthy
  • I am happy
  • I am confident in all that I do…etc.

It worked, I felt great. To this day I still use “I AM”. The more I use it the more I feel the Universe moving in me and around me, it’s wonderful. 

At the same time this was going on I was getting frustrated with the fact that it was taking too long to ground, center, and balance myself. I was having a hard time staying in my body which I call jumping. Being a jumper I had to ground myself several times a day. Who has time for that? I would love 10 min 3 times a day to do this,  being a mom with one on the way, working and a wife,  time to myself is limited.  So I asked the angels for guidance. Most of my intuition meditation’s happen while I am asleep.  I got a vision of combining Cartesian coordinate system (x,y,z) moving energy from one axis to another will ground, center, and balance.  On each side of the axis’s point there is a negative and positive point perfect for aligning all misplaced energy in your body. They said to position it in the center of the body(right above your belly button) this is where the higher self resides. It’s important to start the coordinate axis here so once you get yourself lined up you will be able to clearly connect to your higher self aka gods divine voice. 

5 Second meditation To Ground, Center, and Balance

You can do this meditation  anywhere. The more you do it the faster it will happen.

*divine white color has a light yellow center with pure white surrounding it.

Grounding Yourself

  1. say in you mind I AM 100% grounded
  2. imagine two orbs of divine white color* at your crown and the other at your feet
  3. Have them move into your center

you are now 100% grounded.

 

Centering Yourself

  1. say I AM 100% centered
  2. imagine two orbs of divine white color* at either side of you
  3. Have them move into your center

you are now 100% centered grounded.

 

Balancing Yourself

  1. say I AM 100% balanced
  2. imagine one orb of divine white color* at your center and extending out over your head and looping around your body and moving into your back.
  3. stop when you get back to your center

you are now 100% centered balanced.

I am sure you feel relaxed and focused right now.
