Wipe Away Negative Thoughts & Emotions

The technique I am about to share with you, came to me  intuitively;  so I would not have to think of a sentence with an intention to remove  negative emotions or thoughts. That is hard to do when you’re at work, in public or with friends. It is important to stay in the moment. You may forget it if you wait. A negative emotion usually surfaces unexpectedly because your Angels/Guides want to share what needs to be healed within you. This exercise will help you deal with it until you get to a private place and are able to properly address the problem. Once you are able to meditate with your Angels/Guides on the problem you are having, I would use an intention or an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). If you are having trouble connecting with your guides or you are not sure if you are hearing your higher self, I recommend a great audio book How To Hear Your Angels by author Doreen Virtue. Another great source is a CD from Laura Rainbow called Connecting With Your Guides.

Wipe Away Negative Thoughts & Emotions

It’s just like the expression “out of sight, out of mind”. That is what this exercise does.

  1. Visualize a magnetic pad with a pin.
  2. Write your problem down.
    1. Example (EGO)
  3. Take the erase slider and swipe it across the screen.
    1. Your ego’s voice is now temporarily removed from your consciousness.

Use any negative feeling.

  • Fear
  • Anger
  • Hate
  • Sadness

If you feel any of these, write them on your Mind Magnet Pad and then erase them away. You can also use this for places or people that upset you.

For places, write out the name of the place or the situation you are in. An example of this would be when you are in a crowded area and you start to feel claustrophobic. Write down on your pad how you feel and mentally erase it.  Then, you will not feel the walls closing in on you anymore.

To use for people, all you have to do is write their name on the pad and wipe it away.
